I was at work the other day and something on the radio caught my attention, it was a report that said according to statistics we spend many hours looking for parking spaces, and they mentioned just how many hours, some farcical number to which the person reading the report commented that it was a monumental waste of life. My immediate thought was that I agreed but not with what she meant, I thought it a waste and I mean a complete waste of resources and time if the people who compile these useless lists think they actually accomplish anything. The topic of finding a parking space, such as, how can knowing how much time each of us spends looking for the illusive space actually help us find the same? Do we as individuals actually care about such matters when we are on a car park searching for somewhere to park, I think not. In that respect it is a waste of their time if they think we care, I for one, do not.
Summing up I would just like to add that this rant is probably just as much a waste of time as compiling the list but I was simply expressing my opinion.
See you soon,
